Contractor vs. Employee – everyone that works with Olive Orchard is their own boss. These positions are on a contractor basis.
It's not all 9-to-5. You are in control of your own hours and how many clients you serve. It's part of going the extra mile to serve our clients. As you support your clients, we will support you.
