Introducing The Family Blueprint

The Family Blueprint is Olive Orchard's signature family development program. It is designed to help families better understand how each member thinks, learns, communicates, and interacts with others.

Rather than treating family members separately, this experience brings everyone together to create a shared understanding of the family as a whole. Parents gain new insights into their children, children learn more about themselves and their parents, and every participant develops practical strategies for building stronger relationships.

The result is a family that communicates with greater empathy, handles challenges more effectively, and enjoys deeper connections.

A Personalized Experience for Every Family

Every family is different, which is why The Family Blueprint is personalized to meet the needs of each household.

The program begins with Emergenetics assessments for all participating family members. These assessments provide valuable insight into individual thinking preferences and behavioral attributes, creating a foundation for meaningful conversations.

Each participant then receives a debrief designed specifically for their stage of life.

Children and teens meet with a youth certified Emergenetics consultant who presents the information in an engaging and age appropriate way.

Parents participate in a separate debrief led by an adult certified Emergenetics consultant, giving them practical tools for understanding themselves, supporting their children, and strengthening family communication.

After the individual sessions, the family comes together for a guided integration session. Led by experienced facilitators, this collaborative experience combines Emergenetics insights with professional coaching to help families apply what they have learned to real life situations.
